In terms of production, we specialize in comprehensive aluminum and steel processing, offering services from the design and production preparation phase through cutting, welding, grinding, CNC machining, powder coating and professional assembly. Additionally, we have a sewing and cutting department, an upholstery shop, a foam workshop, and modern facilities for machining composites and plastics using CNC machines.
About us
TAPS Solutions is an industrial company that has been providing manufacturing services for over 30 years. We implement projects from concept to final product, as well as individual, dedicated production processes.
With approximately 3,800 square meters of production and warehouse space, we can fulfill a wide variety of orders.
Our modern equipment includes press brakes with various parameters, a robotic arm, CNC machine tools, and lasers for cutting sheet metal and profiles, as well as TIG and MAG welding machines. Our metalworking facilities are complemented by a metalworking shop and powder coating facility.
The production department comprises a separate section: the sewing and cutting room, the gluing room, and the upholstery room. Here, we produce textile items, synthetic and natural leather items, and items made from a combination of various materials.
Additionally, we have a composite processing department at our clients' disposal, equipped with a membrane press, a pneumatic press, a thermoforming machine, and full equipment and technological readiness, which allows us to perform a wide range of work in the field of composite preparation and processing.
Our own design and technology department and laboratory allow us to support our clients by providing design services, technological and validation support, and by testing their products in our laboratory.

The devices enable the machining of plastics and non-metallic materials.
The technology ensures high precision and repeatability. The ability to machine in 6 axes significantly accelerates and automates the production process.
PRODUCTION OF UPHOLSTERED ELEMENTS
Specialized departments:

support our upholstery shop in the production of upholstered elements.
In cooperation with the other departments mentioned above, we produce upholstered elements that meet the most sophisticated customer requests.
SEWING AND CUTTING
The sewing room has heavy-duty (triple feed) and medium-duty (double feed) sewing machines, as well as overlocks, a two-needle machine and pole machines .
Cutting is performed by a CO2 laser
and 3 vertical knives .
An experienced team cuts and sews elements from natural and synthetic leather and fabrics,
and from a combination of fabrics and leather.
We also sew heavy and thick fabrics.
INSTALLATION
Comprehensive partial or complete assembly. Service based on the customer's technical documentation, along with technological and quality supervision .
Workstations with full dedicated equipment (e.g. electric screwdrivers, power drills, riveters, specialized wrenches, measuring tools).
Constant support from technologists and process monitoring allows us to maintain high assembly standards in terms of accuracy and repeatability,
and compliance with technical documentation.
